The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts is an institution that is more than 150 years old. In 2011, the museum opened a new pavilion dedicated entirely to Quebec and Canadian art and a large concert hall in a completely restored 1894 church. The book presents the museum's architecture and a selection of artworks from its collections : masterpieces of Canadian art, international art, contemporary art, applied arts and design.
