Description

Through powerful photography, this book uncovers France's abandoned places, where history lingers and time has quietly reshaped the landscape.

From decaying steelworks and deserted sanatoriums to forbidden military sites, crumbling castles and abandoned concert halls, this book explores a hidden France rarely seen by the public. Each location stands as a silent witness to a disappearing heritage, shaped by neglect, transformation and the passage of time.
With a precise and sensitive eye, the photographer captures these forgotten spaces in all their complexity, revealing both their raw beauty and their underlying fragility. More than a visual journey, the book offers a reflective perspective on the fate of overlooked places, inviting readers to reconsider what is left behind.
