Description
This unique book combines a practical guide with a science-fiction short story. It supports hospitality professionals in integrating new technologies (AI, cloud, APIs, micro-services) to adapt their offerings to their customers’ digital journeys. At the same time, it invites readers to project themselves into the year 2050, inside the first lunar hotel.
The guide includes advice, case studies, and interviews as well as key industry figures. This book is meant for professionals, hospitality management students, and anyone wishing to anticipate the sector’s rapid transformations. An innovative approach that turns technological evolution into strategic opportunity.
There is also a French version of this book on dunod.com: Hospitality Management : la révolution de l'intelligence artificielle.
